I strongly believe receiving bodywork is important to a lot of aspects in our lives. Regular treatments guide your mind and body into relaxation. Massage helps the mind to let go, and drift. It enhances the ability to meditate and breathe rhythmically so that everyday stress can be dealt with more ease.
I work in a client-focused manner that factors in client desires and goals. Tracking their progress with them, and offering an opportunity to work through their goals with them to reach their desired outcomes. My goal is to provide clients with a calm, safe and nurturing environment.
