I first started receiving massage during high school when I was involved with a lot of athletic activities in and out of school, and it was after a few treatments that I realized all the benefits that were associated with massage therapy.
I found myself less stressed during weeks at school that were overwhelming with essays and tests, my muscle recovery time had improved between my workouts allowing me to continue working out regularly, and performing better during sporting events.
I had been receiving massage since I was a young boy but it wasn’t until that experience that I had realized massage was an incredibly resourceful under rated type of therapy with many benefits for individuals with a variety of different type of ailments.
I graduated from Sutherland-Chan private college for Massage Therapy in June 2014. I have worked with a number of different clients ranging from athletes, both regular and high risk pregnancy clients, seniors, and individuals that have been affected from a stroke. I have also treated in a number of different environments like Nursing homes, Hospitals, and Rehabilitation centers. I have a well rounded background in sports and working out, and have worked along side individual athletes and also a women’s football team through a 7 month long season. I offer deep tissue massage, techniques to help with fascial restrictions and currently exploring the incorporation of aromatherapy in my massage practice.
